Welcome, and thank you for being here.
No one should have to face life’s challenges or pain alone. By considering reaching out, you’ve already taken a courageous step toward healing and renewal. I am here to walk alongside you on this journey, supporting you in finding peace and joy in all areas of your life.
I work with mothers and individuals who have experienced trauma, helping them rediscover their sense of self and break free from patterns of disconnection and emotional pain. My goal is to guide you toward living a life that reflects God’s purpose for you—a life filled with renewed hope, joy, and fulfillment.
I integrate faith-based principles into therapeutic interventions, including:
Psychoeducation to understand how trauma impacts your mind, body, and spirit.
Somatic practices to release emotional and physical tension.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Breathwork to help calm the nervous system.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to align your thoughts with God’s truth and promises.
In addition, I host a Christian podcast for Black women, providing encouragement and insight on faith, healing, and mental wellness from a biblical perspective. My focus is on empowering women to deepen their relationship with God, reclaim their joy, and create a life that reflects His love and purpose.
Seeking help requires strength, and I am here to create a space where you can feel safe, heard, and valued. Together, we’ll work to release the burdens of the past, cultivate self-compassion, and embrace the wholeness that comes from God’s love.
