I have a passion for empowering women to experience healthy emotions and mindsets, develop connected relationships, and reach their personal goals. Despite stressors and challenges, I believe we are all capable of thriving in the life we have today. I use an integrative approach, combining the latest brain science with faith-based practices. I have served women and couples in ministry for more than 10 years and completed my Masters in Counseling through Liberty University, as well as a Christian Life Coaching Certification. Along with my husband and 3 teenage daughters, I am a long-time resident of Oahu, Hawaii.

I know it’s difficult to start counseling or life coaching with a stranger, and I do my best to make you feel at ease and let you work at your own pace. I often work with clients who may be struggling with chronic stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational conflicts or parenting challenges. I provide solution-focused Christian counseling and life coaching. During our initial session, we will collaborate on a plan that feels right for you and helps you meet your goals.

I use a combination of solution-focused and cognitive behavorial techniques in my practice. We will look at how your thoughts and emotional processes are impacting your life, incorporate new tools for mental and emotional clarity, as well as chart out practical steps for you to move forward and get results.

My clients pay out of pocket via check, credit card, or PayPal. Please reach out with questions, as I am happy to work with you to make your sessions affordable.

I offer 50-minute sessions online via Zoom, and I’m available Mon-Thurs.
