Welcome to Life Restored! I have been a counselor for over 20 years, working with teens, adults, couples, and families. I have a passion for helping others navigate life’s transitions and tough seasons as they learn to utilize their strengths and build resilience. I love to help others recognize that feelings and emotions have vital functions and teach how to manage them in a healthy and effective way.
I have been a teacher, counselor, and curriculum developer in a Christian school for the past 13 years, and have an understanding of the challenges that educators and those in ministry face. I have an understanding and heart for those who are walking through a season of struggle.
My education is varied and has benefited me greatly throughout my career. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, a Master’s Degree in Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in Child & Famlily Studies.
