As a Christian and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am committed to helping clients develop their spiritual life through the understanding of Godly principles that increase mental, psychological, and spiritual wholeness.

I provide a safe place to address your needs and foster growth and healing using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify the issues, strengths, and new ways to change your thoughts and behaviors using biblical truths.  I am best positioned to serve those within the community of faith and those who are struggling with issues ranging from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, to couples and family issues. My counseling approach is rooted in biblical principles, integrating scripture, prayer and therapeutic techniques. I create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their challenges, deepen their relationship with Christ, and find healing and peace through God’s Word.

In our first session you can expect to be welcomed into a warm atmosphere where I will take a moment to introduce myself and how faith will be integrated into your sessions. I will then take the time to listen to your story and your goals for therapy. Next, an assessment will be conducted to better understand your mental, spiritual and emotional health. The assessment will be used to establish a unique plan for you to reach your goals. Each session concludes with scripture, prayer and exercises to help you develop and apply the skills learned in session to your daily life.
